How to transform terms and conditions into something readable?

Is there any service provider that can transform terms and conditions into something readable for someone who is not a lawyer, or someone who knows about laws. My idea is that if I am going to sign terms and conditions or a privacy policy I would pay happily a service that can translate this into bullet points before I agree.
Various people already provided answers and suggested tools to achieve this.

  • The first board meeting in 2020 took place on Jan 30th (running memo available here) and those were the decisions:

    • Sarah Medjek will continue as chair and Antti “Jogi” Poikola is the new vice-chair
    • Mad Price Ball continues as secretary
    • Paul-Olivier Dehaye continues as treasurer; additionally, as Standing Finance Committee Antti “Jogi” Poikola, Katryna Dow, and John Wunderlich will work with Paul-Olivier Dehaye until Spring General Meeting 2020 to clarify and raise financial visibility for the board and draft a financial policy to be decided by the board
    • Kristina Yasuda and Charlie Martial Ngounou will be board representatives to the steering group
