Board and Steering Group

• Sarah started a thread for the board members to discuss the Membership value proposition building (the number 1 objective for the second half of 2020); many great comments and I'd like to especially highlight the references to The elements of value pyramid and The B2B Elements of Value; Jogi continued the discussion after the board meeting with another long thread
  
• Sarah also initiated a discussion about a Code of Conduct for the MyData Community (current proposal)
  
• Teemu gave a brief update on MyData branding: Brand Usage Policy, Style Guide, Branding Working Document
  
• Teemu created a video briefing for the June 25th board meeting
  
• Sille put forward a motion to approve 3 new individual members
  
• Sarah chaired the June 2020 Board meeting wiht agenda and notes available; decisions:
  
  • Charter for the MyData Operators group approved by consensus of the board
    
  • Board delegates financial guidelines for hubs to the general manager
    
  • Board moves to delegate to Teemu to, in the next three days, propose a new process for the CoC development, approval, and adoption that the board may approve on Slack
• The Steering group had the June call on Friday, 26th; running memo available
  

Community

• The design group had a call on Monday, June 22nd and Alessandro shared updates from the last few weeks
  
• The MyData Operators group had a call on Wednesday, June 24th on preparing the Operator self-description; running memo available
  
• The MyData-4-Covid19 group had their 2nd workshop on Friday, June 26th and Casandra shared meeting minutes, the presentation, and the workshop chat; also available is the proposed thematic charter
  
• Teemu asks for volunteers to contribute (together with SOLID) to the Living-in.EU Tech sub-group document (link to document)
  
• Kristina mentioned that also the Decentralized Identity Foundation is looking for participants from the MyData community to join the Interoperability Working Group
  
• Jogi informed that the meeting minutes of the Spring General Meeting have been finalised and signed
  
• Sille is looking for hub-leaders available to participate in peer-acceptance calls for new local hubs; currently, Ottawa and Saarbrücken in Germany are the newest upcoming local hubs
  
• Sille posted Viivis previously developed concepts for the MyData Academy: Concept deck, Strategy document (Academy concept in section 3.6), and others
  
• Sari is in Forbes list of the 50 Leading Female Futurists
